Willow Creek Community Church is a movement of Christ followers who are passionate about worshipping Jesus, growing in faith, and reaching those who do not have a relationship with God. Since 2005, My Well has been helping Willow by providing the best giving solution for their ministry.

In 2016, My Well only offered Payment Processing, so Willow had to sign a contract with PushPay despite their outrageously high fees and ACH surcharges because they needed a donor management system. For Karen Spears, the accounts receivable manager at Willow, from the beginning it was all about the profit for PushPay. Once we developed our full suite of tools on the My Well Giving Platform, we were able to support everything Willow needed.
